This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services purchased through AuditLift ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or engaging our Services, you agree to the terms below. Specific refund terms in a signed service agreement or proposal will take precedence over this general policy.
1. Growth Audit (One-Time Engagement)
The Growth Audit is strictly non-refundable in any case. Once you make a payment, we will start work on it immediately and deliver our analysis and recommendation report after 5 working days.
2. AI Transformation (Retainer / Build Engagement)
This plan is billed either as a monthly retainer or a project-based build fee, as specified in your service agreement.
- Monthly retainers: Fees are billed in advance for the upcoming month of work and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, since resources and time are allocated at the start of each cycle. You may cancel future billing cycles at any time with [30 day's] written notice (see your service agreement for the exact notice period); no partial refunds are issued for the current cycle.
- Project/build fees: Typically billed in milestones (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% on delivery). The upfront milestone payment is non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers planning, resource allocation, and initial development. If we fail to deliver an agreed milestone within the agreed timeline due to reasons within our control, you may be eligible for a partial refund corresponding to the undelivered portion of work.
- Third-Party AI Solution Fees: Any costs or subscription fees associated with third-party AI software or tools are not included in our implementation or monthly retainer fees. These external costs will be discussed and explicitly agreed upon with the client prior to the implementation of any AI solutions.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after work has already started
- Delays or issues caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide requested access, information, or timely feedback)
- Dissatisfaction with recommendations where the audit or deliverable was completed as scoped and agreed
- Third-party tool or software costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., subscriptions purchased or activated as part of implementation)
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@auditlift.online with your name, business name, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within [3–5 business days].
5. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error or a deliverable was not completed as agreed, please contact us directly first at info@auditlift.online so we can resolve it before any dispute or chargeback is filed with your bank or payment provider.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that engagement.
